Who This Work Supports

People often come when they are experiencing:

  • Ongoing stress or overwhelm

  • Fatigue, burnout, or low resilience

  • Difficulty relaxing or sleeping

  • Sensitivity to environments, sound, or stimulation

Sessions are paced for those who feel highly reactive, depleted, or easily overstimulated. Many clients arrive after trying multiple approaches and are looking for a steadier, more sustainable way to support their system.

The focus is stability and balance, allowing the body to restore naturally.

My Approach

My work centers on supporting regulation and steadiness within the body. Drawing from years of experience with tuning forks and subtle field work, I pace sessions intentionally for those who are highly sensitive, easily overstimulated, or navigating prolonged stress patterns.

Over time, my approach has evolved beyond any single modality into a quieter, more integrated practice—offering thoughtful care that is responsive, steady, and carefully matched to each individual.
